NEDORI is a variation of “Ne Doree” (means “Born of Gold” in French). As the name suggests, this beautiful baby showcases the golden fruit flavors typical of Rhone varieties, textural with a touch of richness and balancing acidity.
Style: Fermented & matured in low-impact French oak (50% new), partial ML, one year elevage
Viticulture: From 1400 ft elevation right next to the Atlas Peak area of Napa Valley, that embraces the brightness of fruit and refreshing acidity of high elevation and cool night, leading to extended growing season allows grapes to ripen gradually to attain full complexity.
